SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time on all orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Items are immediately packaged and shipped upon ordering. Some hand crafted items will require additional production and shipping time. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control. As much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the fundamental goal of making our customers happy. Our products have been personally crafted and selected, in which we stand behind our goods and products. It is our desire for our customers to be pleased with their experience. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers. We reimburse funds to the tender in which the returned items were purchased.

Send an email to our customer care team at info@cupFULLstore.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started.

You have up to 30 days after purchase to exchange or return. Just provide your order number and we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment.

If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos with a detailed description and we'll get it sorted out for you.

We'll do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we cannot accommodate a return. Items we cannot receive back are cold press soaps and bath massage brushes.
